An applicant who has already computerized driving license wants to upgrade his/her license from Motor car to LTV or HTV etc is called Endorsement.

• CNIC
• Learner permit
• Test Page passed from RTA and Approved by MLA
• Fee Slip deposit in the designated Bank

After fulfilling the above requirement the applicant is eligible for getting the computerized driving License.

Step 1 
Token issuance:- For getting a Upgraded Computerized Driving License Token will be issued to the applicant in which the applicant CNIC No, Name, Type of license, Deposited amount, Date of fee deposited and bank name are stored in the data base.

Step 2 
Issuance of CDL for Specific category: – After test passes the applicant information motor car type is upgraded.
