DRIVING LICENSE
for Diplomats & Embassy Officers
LEARNER PERMIT
- Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) along with letter from the embassy addressed to the concerned DPO/CTO (MLAs) for issuance/renewal of driving license
- Photocopy of diplomate / Non-diplomatic card issued from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
- Photocopy of Passport
- Visa valid for 6 months on the date of applying for the Driving License process
- Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
- Original passport will also be produced at the time of the process
- Fee Voucher of Rs. 250, from a designated bank
DRIVING LICENSE
- Learner Permit of at least 45 Days
- Letter from Ministry of Foreign Affairs along with letter of embassy addressed to the concerned DPO/CTO (MLAs) for issuance/renewal of driving license
- Photocopy of diplomate / Non-diplomatic card issued from MOFA
- Photocopy of Passport
- Visa valid for 6 months on the date of applying for the Driving License process
- Medical Certificate (by Authorized Medical Practitioner)
- Original passport will also be produced at the time of the process
- Fee Voucher of Rs. 250, for the Driving Test
- Fee Voucher of Rs. 1000, for a Driving License card
- The validity of the driving license shall be according to the length of the applicant’s visa
